Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented CA Associate (4-5 YOE of post qualification experience) to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting, taxation, audit support, and regulatory compliances. This role requires a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, statutory laws, and compliance frameworks. Freshers and 1-2 YOE please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconciliation of accounts and ensuring timely closure of books.
• Statutory & Regulatory Compliances
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Assist in compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for audits and assessments.
• Taxation & Audit Support
• Assist in tax planning, tax audits, and statutory audits.
• Handle internal and external audit queries and provide necessary documentation.
• Support in transfer pricing and other tax-related matters, if applicable.
• Process & Control
• Implement internal controls for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and accuracy in reporting.
• Support senior management in financial decision-making with MIS reports.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
