Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Auditing: Conduct internal and statutory audits and verify financial transactions.
• Taxation: Prepare and file income tax, GST returns, and other tax-related documents.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Financial Planning: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
• Advisory Services: Provide guidance on business finance, taxation, and investment decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, and auditing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience

• Fresher: CA qualified, including candidates with articleship experience.
• Experienced: Typically 2–5+ years in accounting, audit, taxation, finance, or a related field, depending on the role.
