Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Ensure GST compliance.
• Handle TDS compliance .
• Direct Tax compliance
• Lead and support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits .
• Manage ROC compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities .
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards/Principles.
• Besides above compliance part, you will be a guiding factor to the management in terms of raising finance, going public for IPO, and other investors presentation.
• You will also lead finance/ Accounts Department with team of 7-8 persons.
