Chartered Accountant -Financial Reporting & Audit Support

Role Purpose:

Provide strong technical accounting support to ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth closing, audit readiness, and automation of recurring finance processes across NBFC entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and support monthly/quarterly closing for assigned NBFC entities.
• Handle technical accounting under Ind AS/IGAAP and resolve accounting queries.
• Support statutory, internal and tax audits, including auditor coordination and query resolution.
• Prepare ECL/NPA provisioning and related loan accounting entries.
• Perform portfolio/POS reconciliations between the Loan Management System (LMS) and books.
• Identify and automate recurring accounting and reporting processes.
• Support the Financial Controller with technical accounting research and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• NBFC/BFSI experience preferred.
