Job description:

• Preparation of balance sheet on quarterly/half- yearly/yearly basis, and finalisation of books of accounts

• To handle matters related to Income Tax / GST/ stamp duty assessment etc

• Ensuring all statutory payments i.e. TDS, GST, stamp duty, etc. are paid within prescribed time schedule.

• Submission of required documents/details to any regulatory body from time to time.

• Maintain proper books of A/cs of Group Companies

• Experience in Capital Markets will be added advantage

• Should be well versed in MS Office Tally etc
