Chartered Accountant - Real Estate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct audits and reviews of client's books of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients on real estate transactions, depreciation rules, and other related matters.
• Assist in preparing budgets for new projects or business ventures.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST (Goods & Services Tax) laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; ability to learn quickly is an added advantage.
