Skills & Requirements:

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
• Experience in commercial property surveying
• Knowledge of acquisition surveys and dilapidations
• Experience in planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Understanding of contract administration and project management
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ambition to develop within a growing team
