The opportunity
You’ll deliver tailored financial advice to an established client book, helping clients understand their options and plan confidently for the future. Alongside managing these relationships, you’ll develop new business through referrals, professional connections and enquiries generated by the firm’s marketing activity.
Team fit is a major priority. The firm values people who share expertise, contribute ideas and work together to deliver excellent client outcomes.
Your responsibilities
Manage and develop an existing portfolio of London clients, acting as their main point of contact.
Understand clients’ circumstances, financial objectives and attitude to risk through thorough fact-finding.
Develop and present suitable financial planning recommendations.
Use cashflow modelling to help clients explore different scenarios and make informed decisions.
Conduct ongoing reviews and maintain high standards of advice and service.
Build new relationships through networking, introducers, referrals and firm-generated enquiries.
Collaborate with colleagues and draw on their specialist expertise.
Support projects, including the transition of acquired client portfolios.
Maintain accurate client records and meet relevant compliance, CPD and professional standards.
About you

Chartered qualified ideally, or holding the CII Level 4 Diploma with a clear intention to progress towards Chartered status.
Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of developing new business.
The ability to explain complex financial matters clearly and confidently.
A collaborative approach, sound judgement and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable taking ownership of your workload and working towards agreed business targets.
