Maneely & Co are Hiring: RICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor

We are the largest firm of Chartered Valuation Surveyors & Estate Agents in the Mid Ulster area, and we’re on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Chartered Surveyor & Registered Valuer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying our a range of valuation work
• Primary focus on residential secured lending valuations
• Variety of other private valuations
• Meeting clients and the public
• Ensuring statutory & RICS compliance with all valuation work

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience carrying out valuations is required.
• Qualifications: RICS Chartered Valuer & Registered Valuer status required.
• People Skills: Natural rapport builder with a genuine interest in people.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills
• Organisational Flair: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Resilience & Drive: A commercial mindset and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Versatility: Willing to assist with other office tasks as needed.
• Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The job is based in Dungannon and work hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5.00pm and lunch from 1.00pm-1.30pm. Start date will be as soon as possible.
