We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chartering Manager to join our team and lead chartering activities for offshore vessels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage chartering opportunities for offshore vessels
• Identify and build relationships with vessel owners, charterers, brokers and end clients
• Negotiate charter rates, terms and commercial agreements
• Source suitable vessels based on client requirements and project specifications
• Manage the full chartering process from enquiry and negotiation through fixture and follow-up
• Monitor market trends, vessel availability and chartering opportunities
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with operations, technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution of fixtures
• Prepare and review chartering proposals, quotations and commercial documentation
• Achieve business development and revenue objectives within the assigned market

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in offshore vessel chartering
• Strong knowledge of the offshore vessel chartering market
• Established network with vessel owners, charterers, brokers and offshore clients
• Experience with Crew Boats, AHTS, Tugs, Supply Vessels or similar offshore vessels is preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities
• Good understanding of charter parties, commercial terms and vessel specifications
• UAE / GCC offshore market experience will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple chartering opportunities simultaneously
