Requirements:

• Advanced English level-B2
• Full Flexibility

What You'll Do

As a Chat Representative, you will support customers through live chat interactions, helping them with:

• Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Customer service inquiries
• Account and product support
• Providing accurate information and solutions
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in English
• Managing multiple conversations while maintaining quality and efficiency

What Makes You a Great Fit:

✅ High School Diploma

✅ English level B2 or above

✅ Strong written communication skills

✅ Excellent customer service mindset

✅ Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations

✅ Technical troubleshooting skills

✅ Flexibility to work rotating schedules

✅ Previous Customer Service, Contact Center, Technical Support, or Chat experience is a plus

Schedule Information

• Production operates within a 24/7 window from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Full availability is required.
• Attendance during training is mandatory. No absences or permissions will be approved during the training period.
