CHAT AND TEXT ASSESSMENT SPECIALIST

Call Center Triage Specialist - Full Time

Schedule: Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues - 12 P.M to 10 P.M

EXEMPLARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and respond promptly to 988 chat/text.
• Provide 988 chat/text counseling and triage needs for callers with mental health emergency by following established VBHCS and Vibrant policy and procedure.
• Knowledge of computer skills to be able to search and enter data in the Qualifacts systems and the Unified Platform.
• Coordinate dispatch of clinicians for face-to-face coverage within standards.
• Connect and refer 988 chat/text callers appropriately including but not limited to community resources, other crisis teams and law enforcement.
• Complete required trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work and one year’s experience.
