Salary: 22k- 35k (Based on Skills and Experience)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries from prospective clients, explaining our services and converting leads into successful client onboardings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to client enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
• Understand the clients requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Clearly explain service offerings, pricing, and onboarding procedures.
• Follow up with prospective clients and address their queries.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet conversion targets.

Qualification:

• Any graduate.
• Prior experience in sales, business development or customer handling is preferred.
