Chat Based Sales Representative

Description:

We are looking for experienced Chat Sales Representatives to join our team for our US Design Campaign.

You will be responsible for handling live chats with US-based clients, understanding their design requirements, and closing sales for our logo design, website design, and branding services.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via live chat and convert them into customers

• Pitch our design packages and explain our services clearly

• Handle objections and negotiate to close the deal on chat

• Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversion

• Maintain proper records of chats and sales in the CRM

Requirements:

• Proven experience in chat-based sales for the US market

• Prior experience selling design services is a must

• Excellent written English and fast typing speed

• Strong closing and persuasion skills

• Ability to work in US night shift
