Customer Support Executive – Semi Voice Process

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Process: Semi Voice
Salary: ₹3.1 LPA CTC

Language Requirements:

• English + Hindi + Kannada
• English + Hindi + Telugu

Candidates must be fluent in either of the above language combinations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation mandatory (any stream)
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Social media customer support experience required
• Immediate joiners preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customers.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

Interview Process: Walk-in interview only
Work Mode: Work from office

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
