Job Description CHAT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

ROLE:

We are looking for customer-focused Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries through live chat, provide effective solutions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent written English communication
• Good typing speed & accuracy
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable working in rotational day & night shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer queries through live chat
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Resolve or escalate customer concerns when required
• Maintain customer interaction records
• Meet quality, productivity & response-time targets
• Follow company SOPs and quality standards

TRAINING & SALARY: Training: 30 Days

Training Stipend: ₹10,000

After Training:

Freshers: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive BENEFITS:
