CHAT MASTER

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, chat, and other online platforms.
• Respond to customer messages professionally and on time.
• Understand customer requirements and provide the correct information.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into potential customers.
• Share company services, pricing, and other details with customers.
• Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Sales and HR teams when required.
• Handle customer complaints and forward important issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure regular follow-up with interested customers.

Requirements:

• Good communication and typing skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer applications.
• Kannada and English communication preferred.
• Good customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work under targets and follow up consistently.
• Freshers can also apply.
