Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or other digital channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in an international BPO environment.
- Proficiency in handling international chats (non-voice) processes.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable working in rotational night shift
