We are hiring Chat Process Executives for a reputed BPO in Bareilly.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining professional communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat
Provide prompt and accurate responses
Resolve customer issues as per company guidelines
Maintain proper communication and service quality
Meet required typing speed and accuracy standards
Eligibility:
12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers can apply
Male & Female candidates
30+ WPM typing speed
95%+ typing accuracy
Fluent English communication
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 CTC
Cab Facility: Available
Location: IVRI Road, Bareilly
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
