Customer Success Associate | Work from Office (Walk-in Interviews)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

• UG with 6 Month of BPO Exp
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory (no MTI/RTI/grammar issues)

Salary Range: Up to ₹32,000 CTC (based on last drawn)

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 days working
• Rotational shifts

Interview Mode: Face-to-face only
