Job Description
We are hiring Chat Support Representatives to assist customers through chat and messaging platforms, providing timely responses and accurate solutions without phone interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat platforms
• Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Log all interactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

• Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on chat support tools and procedures

Requirements:

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
