Responsibilities
- Assist customers through live chat
- Handle inquiries, account concerns, and service requests
- Provide accurate and professional written responses
- Resolve customer concerns and document interactions
Qualifications
- High School/SHS graduate
- No BPO experience required
- Good written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused and willing to learn
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Willing to work shifting schedules
