Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via live chat and email
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when needed
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential

Required Skills

• Excellent written English and fast typing speed
• Friendly and professional communication style
• Ability to multitask and work remotely with focus and discipline

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: £11 – £13 per hour
