Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Support Associates to join our international customer support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple customer conversations efficiently. This role involves providing customer assistance through chat and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat and provide accurate resolutions.
• Assist international customers with product, service, and account-related concerns.
• Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality and response accuracy.
• Understand customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and customer service protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
