Core Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Chat support agents engage with customers through live chat or instant messaging platforms, addressing questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing accurate information about products or services in real-time
Issue Resolution: They handle complaints, identify solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, often escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary interview
Product and Service Guidance: Agents guide customers through technical procedures, order processing, and service usage, promoting products or services when appropriate interview
Documentation and Reporting: All chat interactions are logged, categorized, and documented for future reference, quality assurance, and performance tracking
Collaboration: Chat support staff work closely with other departments such as sales, IT, and marketing to resolve customer issues efficiently and provide feedback for process improvements
Process Improvement: They contribute to enhancing chat support workflows, updating knowledge bases, and implementing strategies to improve response times and service quality

Qualification

A Graduate of any Business 4 years course

Willing to work and be assigned in Malabon City

Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
