Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent/Chat Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong sales background. As a Sales Agent/Chat Support, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services to offer expert advice.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Process payments and ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered to clients on time.
• Stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and new products to offer competitive and innovative travel solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
