Chat Support

Responsible for acting between our customers and the respective client. Assists Chat and/or Email to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other queries. Escalate to the relevant team internally and/or externally.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt chat & email response to customers
• Provide real-time support
• Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
• Email coordination with customers
• Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally

Job Specification:

• Minimum Intermediate or above
• Good communication (verbal & written)
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Flexibility
• Customer-centric attitude
• Adaptability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 per month

• Fresher eligible to apply, but 2 years exprience Preferred
