• Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality.
• Maintain customer interaction records in the system.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.

• Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication.
• Strong Typing & Grammar Skills.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Good Problem-Solving & Customer Handling Skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
