Chat Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Executive to handle customer inquiries for our imitation jewelry business. The role involves responding to WhatsApp messages, assisting customers with product details, and coordinating orders with the business owner.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms

- Provide product details, pricing, and order assistance

- Coordinate orders with the business owner

- Maintain proper records of customer inquiries and orders (basic data entry)

- Ensure timely and polite responses to customers

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English

- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and typing skills

- Ability to manage multiple chats efficiently

- Responsible and disciplined work ethic

Preferred:

- Candidates from Kerala or familiar with Malayalam language

- Prior experience in customer support or online sales
