We are currently hiring Freshers for Chat Support Executives for our client, [24]7.ai, at their Bengaluru location.

Job Responsibilities -

Respond to customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality standards.

• Document customer interactions accurately.

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required. Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply. - Excellent written English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.

• Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹17,000 per month - Retention Bonus: ₹20,000 (paid as per company policy upon successful completion of the applicable tenure)
