Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and provide timely and professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through chat.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Follow standard customer service procedures and communication guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy while handling multiple customer conversations.
• Record and update customer information as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a chat-based customer support process.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (in-hand)

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
