Chat Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat platforms, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Work on non-voice processes such as email, web chat, or messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints or escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Flexible in rotational shift & Week offs
• Able to converse fluently in English (written & Verbal)
• Verbal fluency in Hindi, expected

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Chat Process, Non Voice Process, Semi Voice, Blended Process, Backend Process etc. .
• Experienced candidates in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce (ex- Flipkart, Myntra, Zomato, Zepto, Swiggy, BlinkIt)
• Personal Vehicle available (2-wheeler)
