Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chat support for international transactions and payments
• Assist with E commerce related concerns of the consumers
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain compliance with security and data privacy regulations

• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong command of grammar and syntax
• Work location : TELUS International, Candor TechSpace, Sector 135, Noida
• Candidates should be okay with the work from office role
• Should be comfortable with night shifts
