Eligibility

• Age: 18-35 years
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers are welcome
• Experienced candidates are also welcome
• Good English communication and typing skills are mandatory
• Ability to handle multiple customer chats efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge is required

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat and provide quick, accurate solutions
• Maintain a professional and helpful tone while communicating with customers
• Resolve customer issues and provide relevant information
• Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining response quality
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards
