Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Chat Support Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent written English skills and prior experience handling international customers through chat.

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain required response-time, quality, and CSAT targets.
• Handle multiple customer conversations efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Provide clear, professional, and customer-friendly responses.
• Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Process.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Excellent typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Good multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work from the Gurgaon location.
