Chat Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Chat Support Executive to generate business opportunities through LinkedIn, live chat, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients interested in Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software, AI, and Digital Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn, live chat, and other digital platforms.
• Initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Share information about the companys IT services and solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through chat-based communication.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM on a regular basis.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure smooth lead handover.

Experience & Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Chat Support, BPO, or Business Development.
• Excellent written English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation is preferred.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online research.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in IT sales and lead generation.
