Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer/patient queries through voice, chat and email.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Handle queries related to healthcare services, insurance, claims and billing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Achieve defined productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible, depending on the process.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good written communication and basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the Pune office.

Experience

Freshers: Open to candidates with good communication skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Experienced: Candidates with BPO, international voice/chat/email, healthcare, insurance, medical billing or claims experience are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
• Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and process.
