Role & responsibilities

• Chat process customer service profile for online gaming platform supporting east Africa region.

• 70 -80 chat (3 chat concurrency and only 5% emails part to be managed per advisor.

• Concerns on withdrawal, deposit, Documentation & Account log in/ Blocked issues.

• Existence of the organisation of 7+ years.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & work experience Eligibility:

• UG with minimum 6 months experience required.

• Any customer service experience worked into platforms of the below:

• Chat

• Email

Shift Timings:

• Rotational shifts, 5 days working, 2 days consecutive offs.

• Shift timings- 7:00 AM 4 PM : 10:00 AM 7:00 PM : 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM : 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Training duration – 2.5 weeks.

Work/ Job Location – Gurgaon

Salary offered:

* Experience Salary – Up to INR 4.60 LPA ( 34.5k In hand )

• 0-1 Year experience in the same company – 0% Hike

• 1-2 years’ experience in 1 company – 10% to 15% hike

• 2+ years or more experience – 15% to 30% hike.

*CTC % hike may differ from case to case.*

Interview/ Filter rounds : 04 rounds

• Round 01 - Aptitude Test. – Mode of interview – Face to Face.
• Round 02 - Writing test- (email & Essay writing)- Mode of interview – Face to Face
• Round 03 – Ops 1 – Mode of interview –Virtual.
• Round 04 - Ops 2 – Mode of interview – Virtual.
