We are hiring Email & Chat Support Executives for our Bengaluru office. This is a non-voice customer support role, suitable for freshers. The candidate will handle customer queries through email and chat only.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via email and chat
Provide accurate and timely responses
Maintain customer interaction records
Follow company processes and response templates
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
Freshers welcome
Minimum 12th pass / Any graduate
Good written English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willing to work full-time from office
