- Multitasking: Handle multiple chat windows at the same time without losing quality.

- Escalation: Send hard problems to higher teams or managers when needed.
- Record Keeping: Write clear notes about each chat in the company system.
- Age criteria 18 to 29 years
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Typing and Writing: Fast typing speed and strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Communication: Friendly, polite, and clear text tone.
- Empathy: Patience and kindness, even when dealing with upset customers.
