Chat Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through live chat, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Process customer requests, provide product information, and offer solutions to their queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in an international BPO/call center environment.
• Strong knowledge of chat processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or via email.
