Chat Support Executive International BPO

We are hiring Chat Support Executives for a leading international BPO in Mohali.

Freshers and experienced candidates with good English communication skills can apply.

Job Details

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Process: International Chat Support
Fresher and experience both can apply
Qualification: 12th Pass, Undergraduate or Graduate
Shift: Rotational/Night Shift
Working Days: 5 or 6 Days
Cab Facility: Available as per company policy

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customers through inbound/outbound calls or chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and within the required timeline.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company processes and communication standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts.
• Basic computer and typing knowledge.
• Customer-focused attitude with good listening skills.
• Freshers and candidates from BPO, customer service, call centre, telecalling, sales or hospitality backgrounds can apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
