What they need
Candidate Requirement – Customer Support (Chat Process)
Maccaron beauty cosmetic brand
* 5–6 agents required
* Up to 1 year of experience in customer handling/chat support
* No freshers
* Good written English + Hindi
* Mainly chat-based support through the client’s dashboard
* Handle customer queries
* 6 days working – rotational shift
* Monday to Friday: WFO
* Saturday/Sunday working: WFH
* Please shortlist candidates accordingly.
* CTC - 14k -20k
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
