About the Position

Chate Homeopathy Clinic is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and communication-focused Chat Support Executive to manage patient interactions through online chat and digital communication channels.

The selected candidate will handle patient inquiries, assist with appointment bookings and payments, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple patient interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient messages and inquiries promptly and professionally through chat and other digital communication channels.
• Provide clear and accurate information about appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and clinic procedures.
• Guide patients through the appointment booking and payment process.
• Follow up with patients regarding pending payments, scheduled appointments, and consultations.
• Address payment-related inquiries and assist patients in completing transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient conversations, queries, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with doctors and front desk staff to address patient requirements efficiently.
• Handle patient concerns courteously and escalate important issues to the appropriate team members.
