Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and email, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat and email.
- Resolve queries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in chat/email support is an advantage.
