Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through live chat.
• Assist customers with international flight bookings, modifications, exchanges, and travel-related queries.
• Meet booking, attachment, revenue, and productivity targets.
• Utilize GDS platforms and travel tools to provide efficient customer service.
• Adhere to operational processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer experience through effective written communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of current experience in an International Chat Process
Experience in Travel Industry preferred
Knowledge of GDS (Sabre and/or Amadeus)
Good typing speed and written communication skills
Experience in flight booking, ticketing, exchanges, or reservations
Strong customer service orientation
Graduation is mandatory
Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
