CHAT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

ROLE:

We are looking for customer-focused Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries through live chat, provide effective solutions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

​ELIGIBILITY:

• ​Graduate in any discipline
• ​Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• ​Excellent written English communication
• ​Good typing speed & accuracy
• ​Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
• ​Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• ​Customer-focused attitude
• ​Comfortable working in rotational day & night shifts

​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ​Handle customer queries through live chat
• ​Provide accurate information and solutions
• ​Resolve or escalate customer concerns when required
• ​Maintain customer interaction records
• ​Meet quality, productivity & response-time targets
• ​Follow company SOPs and quality standards

​ TRAINING & SALARY:

​ Training: 30 Days

Training Stipend: ₹10,000

​After Training:

Freshers: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive

Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive
