Job Title: Chat Support Executive
Compensation: PKR 50,000 - 60,000
Job Location: Business Center, PECHS Block 6, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (On-site)
Job Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM // 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (6 days a week)

We are looking for confident and detail-oriented Chat Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and spoken English, strong typing skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

This is a full-time, on-site position and is well-suited for recent university graduates or individuals currently enrolled in university who can commit to a full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously in a professional and timely manner
• Respond to customer queries through live chat and provide accurate information
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or assistance
• Maintain a high standard of written English, grammar, and communication
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet response time, quality, and customer service standards
• Manage multiple conversations without compromising accuracy or customer experience

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common workplace tools

Note: Shift rotations may occasionally be required based on departmental needs, although this is generally rare.Compensation:

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
