Qualifications for a Chat Support Representative

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
• Career shifters are encouraged to apply
• Strong written English communication skills
• Good typing and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple conversations and tasks
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist customers through live chat
• Provide clear, professional, and accurate responses
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Handle account, product, or service inquiries
• Process customer requests and updates
• Manage multiple chat conversations when required
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Follow chat support procedures and service standards
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
