Overview:

We are seeking Chat Support Representatives to assist customers through chat while providing technical support and sales assistance. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Salary Package:

• ₱22,000 base salary
• Up to ₱7,000 incentives

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support through chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Assist customers with product- and service-related concerns.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support sales opportunities through effective customer engagement.
• Escalate complex technical or customer issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and professional customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Chat and Sales experience.
• At least 6 months of Technical Support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to work onsite in Lanang, Davao City.
